Last year I set out to run a marathon (Portland's in October) and make $10K in sales of my DTC product.

I finished the marathon.

The money goal was born of both fear and hope, but I'm not sure which was weightier as I have relaxed that goal.

I was on the wrong path and that realization hit me hard.
